PART 1
ROOT TO CROWN: UNDERSTANDING PRINCIPLES FOR ACHIEVING SUCCESS
Endodontics today offers great opportunities in term of simplicity and predictability of results.
Correct diagnosis will be crucial as well as the treatment plan, they both need to be performed before the treatment so to choose when to place a post and when not to.
There is clear evidence that it is advised to plan the final restoration before the treatment begins.
Updated adhesives and composites need to be combined with residual space so to offer the best stability after the Endodontic treatment is finished.
Obtaining the right canal shape is mandatory in order to make the treatment simpler to be cleaned, obturated and restored.
Ideal restoration will play an important part in the long term success of the treated cases.

PART 2
ROTARY FILES: HOW TO AVOID BREAKAGE ANDINCRESE CONTROL IN OBTURATION
Ni-Ti instruments changed radically endodontic treatment. Canal shaping has become a simple and predictable procedure that enables more efficient cleaning and disinfection of the entire canal system. On the other hand, cleaning of the system still presents problems and limitations strictly related to complex anatomy.
Modern instruments allow to reduce the time spent in shaping the main canal, leaving more time to disinfection.
The new instruments are based on the previous Ni-Ti endodontic file but with break through features that include new alloy treatment in order to increase resistance to stress and new section design.
In term of performance new design instruments are able to offer faster endodontic treatments but also, and just as important, safer and more predictable.
Systems for filling canals are more controlled and can count today on new gutta-percha cones for easier adaptation and better 3D obturation.

PART 3
RECIPROCATION AND ALLOY TRATMENT FOR SIMPLIFIED APPROACH
Modern endo motors gives the opportunity of using files in the reciprocation mode in order to obtain fast and simple shapes.
A strict relationship between technical design and mechanical properties in order to have the best performance possible.
Today we can count on new designs associated with new metallurgic approach for reaching unique results in shaping.
New generation glider uses similar approach than the original but now can offer breakthrough features.
